Password Change FAQs

There are several ways to change your network/email password depending on how you are connected to the network.

Methods to change your password if you are:

• Logged onto the MHC network from a college owned computer    (MS word format) (PDF format)
• Logged onto Outlook Web Access (Webmail) from home or the residence halls    (MS word format) (PDF format)
• You are notified your password is expired       (MS word format) (PDF format)

Please Note:

Your network and email account are the same! When you use any of these methods to change your password you will then use the new password when logging onto your email account AND when you log onto the network from a lab computer or other MHC owned system.

Changing your network/email password DOES NOT change other account passwords (such as IQ.Web)

ALWAYS keep your password secret!

NEVER give your password to ANYONE!

If you think someone knows your password change it IMMEDIATELY!
