What is the "J:"
drive?
Each student at Mars
Hill College is assigned 70 Megabytes of network storage for their
personal/academic use. This network storage space is
"mapped" to the drive letter J.
The data stored in
your J: drive can only be access by you and is accessible from any
computer configured to logon to the MHC network.
Please be aware that
all files stored on the MHC network are scanned for viruses and
suspicious software. As in all use of the college network, you
must abide by the MHC Computer
Code of Conduct and the MHC Computer
Use Policies.
Storing viruses,
software cracks, trojans, copyrighted material, pornography, etc. on
the MHC network is a policy violation and could result in revocation
of network privileges or suspension.
