If you need assistance please call the Helpdesk at extension 1444. Please do not call the ITS staff directly or show up at the Helpdesk without an appointment.

The ITS Helpdesk maintains a work order system to log and assign technology problems. You will be helped in a more timely manner if you call the main Helpdesk number.

The ITS staff will not work on student computers or any device not owned by Mars Hill College
