Outlook Web Access has several options to customize the look and feel of
your session. The image below shows the Options screen that is displayed
when you select the "Options" icon from the Shortcuts menu.Click on an
option heading for more information:

Out of Office Assistant:
If you are going to be away you may select
this option to send an auto-reply message to any email messages you
receive. Select the "I'm currently out of the office" radio button and
type the message you want sent. This message will automatically be sent to
the sender of each email you receive until you select "I'm currently in
the office"
E-mail
Options:
Display a notification message when new
mail arrives.
This option will display a pop-up message whenever a new mail message
arrives.
Play a sound when new mail arrives:
This option will play a notification sound whenever a new mail message
arrives.
Note: You must be logged on to your mailbox with
Outlook Web Access for these options to function.
Date and Time Formats:
Customize the way Outlook Web Access
displays dates and times.
Calendar Options:
Customize the look of your Outlook Web
Access personal calendars.
Reminder Options:
Customize your appointment reminders. You
must be using Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 or above for reminders to
function.
Contact
Options:
Check names first against:
This option sets the search order when searching for a contact. By
default, the Global Address List will be searched first. If you want your
Personal Address Book to be searched first, select the "Contacts" radio
button.
Password:
Click the "Change Password" button to
change your network password. You will be prompted with a screen to enter
your existing account/password and to enter a new password.
Note: password changes could take 15-20 minutes to take effect.
Recover Deleted Items:
Even after you have deleted an item from
your mailbox you may be able to recover the item. In some cases, recovery
is possible even if you have cleaned your deleted items folder. Click the
"View Items" button to display which deleted items you may recover.
